OBSERVERS' COMMENTS:
	Rosliston: The mean temp disguises a hot first half and a cool second.
	Bablake: This has been the wettest July since 1993
	Mickleover: 81% of month's rainfall fell on 3 days
	Middleton: Sunshine well below average and last 13 days exceptionally dull
	Wirksworth: Heavy rain on 27/28th but only 10 rain days was least since 1999
	Lowdham: 3 thunderstorms 28th with violent squall 1728-31GMT
	Mountsorrel: Only 5 rain days in the month
