This year the RMetS Meteorological Observing Systems Special Interest Group have been kindly invited to host their AGM and summer visit at the premises of Gill Instruments Limited. Gill Instruments supply ultrasonic anemometers for wind speed and direction measurement, along with compact weather stations and this year are celebrating their 30th Anniversary. This special visit will include the groups AGM, various speakers from Gill Instruments and a tour of the facilities including a demonstration of their bespoke, handcrafted wind tunnel.
