The state of the UK weather and climate over coming decades: overview of UKCP18 results

ABSTRACT | UKCP18 provides a new set of observational data and climate model projections, produced in partnership by the Met Office, the Environment Agency and Defra. This talk will provide an overview of the UKCP18 products and key messages for the future projected weather and climate of the UK over coming decades, including focusing in on the Yorkshire region. It will also discuss how users are starting to use UKCP18 to better understand future hazards that are relevant to them.
