SPEAKER | Dr. Paul Manktelow, Principal Consultant at Arcadis.

ABSTRACT | This talk is on air quality in the UK, how it's controlled and how the government is being held to account over failure to meet air quality targets. Paul will also touch on the proposed Clean Air Zone in Leeds, as well as how air quality is considered in planning decisions.

DIRECTIONS | All meetings are held in the School of Earth and Environment, University of Leeds. See here for directions to the venue.  Tea and coffee is provided in the foyer from 6pm, talks start at 7pm and last about an hour.
