How to Renew Online

If you have recently received your Membership Renewal reminder and are wondering how to renew using this website, this page should have the answers.

Please review the following text, find the option that best describes you and follow the instructions to login and renew your membership:

A note about ACCSYS

If you are trying to login to our online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Accreditation Application tool ACCSYS, you must first login to the RMetS website at

Once you've logged in you can click on the ACCSYS button in the “My Dashboard” section of the site.

You can no longer login to ACCSYS by going directly to

  • You have previously logged into this website              
    • Login as normal.        
    • Access the “My Dashboard” section of the site and start the Renewals process by clicking the ‘Renew Membership’ button.
  • You used the old website but haven’t logged into this website before
    • For security reasons, when you login to this new website for the first time we ask you to reset your password.
    • You can do this now by visiting and entering the email that is associated with your RMetS account.
    • If you are unsure which email you have registered with us, please contact
    • You’ll receive an email with a link that you can use to reset your password - the link can only be used once and expires after 24 hours, if not used.
    • Click the link, follow the instructions and you will reset your password and login to the site.
    • You’ll then be able to access the “My Dashboard” section of the site and can click on the ‘Renew Membership’ button to start the renewals process.
  • You are an RMetS Member but you have never logged into our website     
    • If you're an existing member but you've never logged into our website before, you'll need to activate your RMetS online account.
    • To do this visit
    • You'll need to know your Membership number and the email address you have registered with us.
    • This information is on the Membership Renewal notification, but if you are unsure please contact the Membership Secretary
    • Once you have gone through the activation process, you’ll be logged in to the site and will be able to renew your membership from within the “My Dashboard” section.
