Diversity and Inclusion Survey 2023 – help us understand and improve

22 February 2023

The Royal Meteorological Society is committed to fostering diversity and promoting inclusivity within the meteorological community. We believe that by providing equal opportunities to people of all backgrounds, we can enrich the profession and give everyone access to the world of weather and climate. We are proud to have taken important steps towards this goal, such as inclusive governance, improving our awards, and various accessibility initiatives.

By understanding the current state of diversity and inclusion, we can identify areas for improvement and take action to make the meteorological community more inclusive. To further this mission, we invite you to participate in our Diversity and Inclusion Survey 2023. Your responses will remain anonymous, and will provide valuable insights into the representation of different groups within our membership.

The survey should only take 10 minutes to complete, and your answers will not be linked to any individual member. Additionally, if you have any suggestions or ideas on improving diversity and inclusion at the RMetS, there is a space in the survey for you to share your thoughts.

Your participation in this survey is critical to our efforts, and we thank you for your time and support.
