East Anglia Local Centre

The East Anglia Centre meets at the University of East Anglia six to seven times a year. Meetings are normally held on the first Wednesday of the month during term-time. Meeting topics are aimed to meet the broad range of interests of the group, which includes professional meteorologists, working and retired, students, both undergraduate and graduate, and members of the general public with an interest in weather and climate related matters. If you have ideas for speakers or topics that you would be particularly interested in hearing about, feel free to share those thoughts with the chairperson. The East Anglia Centre is a friendly, casual group and anyone is welcome. Meetings are free of charge.
