Katie Hodge

Katie has a background in Oceanography and Climate Science. Interest areas include metocean and marine climate change.

Katie has worked on developing various climate services at the Met Office including the Climate Data Portal and the Local Authority Climate Service.

Katie currently works on:

- Driving WAVEWATCH III (the operational version of the wave forecasting model at the Met Office) with UKCP forcings to generate high resolution future wave projections for the UK

- Quantifying future long duration renewable energy generation deficits for the UK
