RMetS Early Career and Student Conference 2025
LOCATION
The Dalton Building
Chester Street
Manchester M1 5GB
The Royal Meteorological Society Early Career and Student Conference 2025 will take place at Manchester Metropolitan University from 30 June – 2 July.
This annual event provides a platform for undergraduates, Masters and PhD students, and early-career researchers working in fields related to meteorology and climate to present their work in a friendly environment. There will be keynote speakers and poster sessions alongside oral presentations. The conference will be in person, giving delegates the opportunity to network and socialise with peers.
Call for Papers
We are now accepting abstracts for oral and poster presentations. The conference theme can apply to a broad range of work, so please submit an abstract even if you are unsure how your work fits or haven’t yet finalised your results.
We request you include at least three keywords summarising your presentation. You can find a list of keywords on the event webpage to give ideas and topic suggestions. When submitting your abstract, please list your chosen keywords at the bottom of your paper. Please also read through the 'Guidelines for Abstracts' before submitting.
The deadline for submitting abstracts to the Conference is Friday 31 January 2025.
