The speaker discussed his recent work, which has produced projections of extreme events under climate change scenarios, especially heatwaves and river flows (floods and droughts).
The considered how recent changes in extremes can be attributed to human activity, and will discuss how the changes in future extremes will disproportionally affect younger generations more than older generations.
