Terms and Conditions

Substitutions for both conferences and national meetings may be made up to the day of the event, subject to venue restrictions. Please notify the Event Manager in writing of name changes as soon as possible.

If no substitute can be found, cancellations must be notified in writing to the organiser. The following terms will then apply:


If you cancel a registration 3 months before the start date of the conference, a full refund will be given. After this date, no refunds are available.

National Meetings and Special Interest Group Events

If you notify us by email up to 14 working days before the date of the event, a full refund will be available. After this date, no refunds are available.
