TORRO Autumn Conference and Symposium

On this coming Saturday, 12th October, TORRO is hosting its Autumn Conference and Symposium at Oxford Brookes University, which will be a tribute to the life and work of Prof. Derek Elsom, who sadly passed away earlier this year. Presentations will focus on aspects of Derek’s work and his involvement with TORRO, the climate of Oxford since 1767, cold frontal tornadoes, snowfalls in the UK, and many other topics which fascinated Derek.
