Society's Strategic Plan
The Society’s Strategic Plan 2021-2023 defines how we will work towards our vision and mission, and details our strategic objectives, priorities and outcomes for the next three years. The plan is a progression on what has already been achieved in recent years and builds on that momentum to create a modern and progressive Society for weather and climate.
The Society promotes equality, diversity and inclusion to create greater opportunity for any individual to fulfil their potential, irrespective of their background or circumstances. In delivering this plan, it is important to us that we are respected for our openness, integrity, professional excellence, contribution, independence and passion, and our accountability to our membership.
CEO Prof. Liz Bentley and President Prof. David Griggs have recorded two short in conversation videos to highlight recent achievements, introduce the strategic plan and discuss key activities for the coming year.
