The Society's Strategic Plan

The Society’s 2024-2026 Strategic Plan progresses on what has been achieved in recent years and builds on that momentum to create a modern and progressive Society for weather and climate.

The Society promotes equality, diversity and inclusion to create greater opportunity for any individual to fulfil their potential, irrespective of their background or circumstances. In delivering this plan, it is important to the Society that it is respected for its openness, integrity, professional excellence, contribution, independence and passion, and accountability to its membership.
